2. Information We Collect
To provide personalized pet care and AI medical tracking, PawPilot AI collects the following types of information:
Account & Profile Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials when creating an account or using Sign in with Apple.
Pet Health & Medical Profile: Pet name, species, breed, age, weight history, microchip ID, spayed/neutered status, food allergies, environmental allergies, and dietary restrictions.
Log Records & Documents: Vaccination records, medication schedules, vet visit summaries, symptom logs, grooming history, and uploaded medical PDF/image documents.
Activity & GPS Data: Distance, duration, and GPS route coordinates recorded during live dog walks (processed locally on your device).
Photos & Avatar Media: Photos selected for pet avatars or document OCR scanning.
3. AI Processing & Third-Party Services
AI Privacy Commitment: Medical documents scanned using AI Vision and queries sent to the AI Veterinary Companion are processed strictly to generate health summaries. Your data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train public AI models.
We use trusted infrastructure providers to power PawPilot AI:
Supabase: Secure cloud database and encrypted user authentication.
Apple RevenueCat / App Store: In-app subscription billing and entitlement management.
4. Data Retention & Offline Guest Mode
PawPilot AI supports full offline Guest Mode. When using Guest Mode, your pet records are stored exclusively on your local device. If you create an account, your local records automatically sync to encrypted cloud storage.
5. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You maintain full control over your data. In accordance with Apple App Store Guidelines, you may:
Export your pet's complete medical records as an Executive PDF or Emergency QR Passport at any time.
Delete your account and purge all associated cloud data directly within the app via Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account.
