How does the 24/7 AI Vet Assistant handle medical queries?

The AI assistant analyzes your pet's specific profile (species, breed, age, weight, allergies) alongside your logged check-ins to provide tailored symptom triage and preventive care tips. It flags potential concerns and guides you on when to seek immediate veterinary examination.

How do Smart Reminders work?

You can set recurring care reminders for medication doses, flea/tick treatments, vaccinations, feeding schedules, and dog walks. You can type or speak instructions and PawPilot AI automatically fills the schedule.

Can I use PawPilot AI offline?

Yes. PawPilot AI supports full offline Guest Mode where all pet records are stored locally on your device. When you create an account, your local data syncs to encrypted cloud storage automatically.

Is my pet data private? Can I delete my account?

All pet health records, photos, and logs are 100% private to your account. There are no public feeds or social features. You can export your pet's full PDF records or delete your account and all cloud data anytime via Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account.

How do I manage my subscription?

PawPilot AI subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To change or cancel your subscription, go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > PawPilot AI.
