This End User License Agreement (“EULA” or “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Bunor Solutions (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your use of the PawPilot AI application for iOS devices.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PawPilot AI, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Veterinary & Medical Disclaimer
Important Health & Triage Notice: PawPilot AI is an educational, organizational, and proactive pet wellness management tool. It is NOT a veterinary medical clinic, hospital, or licensed veterinary practitioner, and does not provide formal diagnosis, prognosis, or medical prescriptions. The 100-Point Health Engine and AI Assistant provide triage suggestions and general care insights only. Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay seeking treatment because of information provided in PawPilot AI. In any medical emergency, immediately contact your local veterinary clinic or emergency animal hospital.
3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions & Billing
PawPilot AI offers optional auto-renewable premium subscription plans to unlock advanced features including unlimited AI consultations, multi-pet management, document OCR scanning, and executive PDF medical passport exports.
Subscription Plans: Monthly Subscription and Annual Subscription (which may include a 7-day free trial).
Payment & Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or at the conclusion of an applicable free trial period.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Account Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
Managing & Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by visiting your Apple ID Account Settings on your iOS device (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
Free Trial Terms: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
Refunds: All purchases and refund requests are processed and governed strictly by Apple’s App Store policies.
4. User Accounts, Privacy & Data Ownership
PawPilot AI respects your privacy and gives you complete ownership over your pet health records:
Guest Mode: You may use the app in offline Guest Mode without creating an account. All data remains exclusively on your local device.
Cloud Sync: If you create an account, your data is securely stored and synchronized via encrypted cloud infrastructure.
Data Deletion: You can export your data at any time or permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data directly within the app via Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account.
Privacy Policy: Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property & Restrictions
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to PawPilot AI (including but not limited to design systems, algorithms, source code, logos, illustrations, and proprietary scoring mechanisms) remain the exclusive property of Bunor Solutions.
You agree not to:
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the app.
Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international regulations.
Transmit any automated scraping requests, malicious code, or unauthorized interference with our servers or APIs.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
PawPilot AI is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of AI-generated responses.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bunor Solutions, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of data, pet health complications, or other intangible losses arising from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice via an in-app announcement or on our documentation website prior to any new terms taking effect.
